No Overtime Day
Every Wednesday is designated as a No Overtime Day, encouraging employees to leave work on time. Staggered working hours are also available to support flexible work styles.

Paid Leave Promotion
During the summer holiday period (July to September), employees are encouraged to take advantage of paid leave by combining it with weekends and public holidays, allowing for up to nine consecutive days off at a time of their choice. The company also actively promotes the use of paid leave throughout the year to support a healthy work-life balance.
Remote Work
With the support of ICT tools, employees can adopt flexible work styles--including remote work from home--to help balance their professional and personal lives.
Staggered Working Hours
This system allows employees to flexibly adjust their start and end times to suit their individual lifestyles.
Shortened Working Hours
Employees balancing childcare or caregiving responsibilities may opt for shorter working hours to better support their family and personal life.

Hourly and Half-Day Leave
Annual paid leave can be taken in hourly or half-day units, making it easy to manage personal errands, appointments, and other short-term needs.
Special Leave
Employees are entitled to up to three days of special leave when their spouse gives birth.
Working Parents Allowance
Employees who take more than one month of childcare leave receive financial support from the company through the Working Parents Allowance.
Company Dormitory
Single-occupancy dormitories are available for new employees who face commuting challenges. Housing may be used for up to five years after joining.
