Support System for Qualification Aquisition
To promote the acquisition of qualifications, we have established recommended qualifications from among public and other qualifications. In addition to providing examination fees and transportation expenses, we also offer rewards as supplementary prizes.
In addition, we recognize particularly important qualifications as campaign qualifications and encourage the acquisition of qualifications.
For example, we have an ongoing company-wide campaign to obtain PMP certification to strengthen project management skills, and we provide full support for training and e-learning to obtain the certification.

Of our employees at the project leader level and higher, 41% hold PMP certification, which is one of the highest acquisition rates in the industry. In addition to examining practical achievements, we also conduct in-house PM certification and put it into practice.
