Initiatives for Anti-Corruption

Ad-Sol Nissin Group has established a Policy on Fair Transactions and Anti-Corruption and is actively promoting it to prevent all forms of corruption that violate compliance.The establishment, amendment, or abolition of this policy is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

Policy on Fair and Honest Transactions and Anti-Corruption

We at the Ad-Sol Nissin Group are committed to promoting fair and honest transactions and preventing bribery and corruption to realize our Code of Conduct, which states, "We shall build a relationship of trust with our business partners through fair and honest transactions and strive for mutual growth."

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group shall comply with all anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable in each country and region, as well as this policy and internal regulations (hereinafter, the "Relevant Rules").

  • Scope of Application
    This policy applies to all Ad-Sol Nissin Group executives and employees. We also require all of our business partners to comply with this policy.

  • Fair and Honest Transactions
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group shall never engage in any conduct regulated by the Antimonopoly Act or any other conduct that impedes fair, equitable, transparent, and free competition, such as unfair restraint of trade (cartels, bid rigging, etc.) or private monopolies in all transactions and business activities.

  • Prohibition of Bribery
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group does not provide, propose, promise, or accept any entertainment, gifts, or other facilities, either directly or indirectly, to public officials or persons in equivalent positions, private individuals, or corporations for the purpose of obtaining illegal benefits, either directly or indirectly, whether in Japan or overseas.

  • Lawful Entertainment and Gifts
    Entertainment, gifts, travel expense payments, donations, support, or sponsorship provided lawfully to clients, etc., for legitimate business purposes are handled appropriately in accordance with the Relevant Rules.

  • Framework to Prevent Bribery and Corruption
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group shall strive to operate compliance organizations and an internal whistleblowing system fairly and impartially, maintaining and managing an organizational structure to prevent bribery and corruption.

  • Education and Training
    We will promote education and training to prevent bribery, including the dissemination of this policy and related rules.

  • Monitoring
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group shall monitor the implementation of its anti-bribery framework and review and improve the system as necessary, in light of the status of risks or the revisions of laws and regulations.

  • Thorough Keeping and Storing of Records
    The Ad-Sol Nissin Group shall follow proper accounting procedures to process and record all transactions, expense payments, and disposition of assets in accordance with internal rules and procedures, and shall retain relevant records in a proper manner.

  • Penalties
    Officers and employees violating the Relevant Rules will face strict disciplinary action in accordance with internal regulations.
